Terms of Service
These terms govern every order placed on Dark Side Social.
1. What we sell
Dark Side Social resells social media engagement services (followers, likes, views, plays and similar) sourced from upstream providers. You order against a public link you supply; we never ask for account passwords and you must never send us any.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm the links you submit are yours to promote or that you are authorised to promote them. Purchased engagement can violate the terms of service of the target platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others prohibit it) — you accept that risk, including possible removal of delivered engagement or actions against the target account. You may not target links you do not control in order to harm someone else's account; we may refuse and refund such orders and suspend the customer.
3. Wallet and payment
Orders are paid from a prepaid wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are handled through tickets and credited once we confirm receipt of payment. Wallet balance is not withdrawable to cash; it exists to purchase services here.
4. Delivery
Start times and speeds shown in the catalogue are estimates supplied by the upstream provider, not guarantees. Counts can fluctuate after delivery; services marked "Refill" include the provider's refill cover for drops within their stated window.
5. Refunds
Every order carries a refund link valid for 4 hours after purchase. If delivery can still be cancelled upstream, the charge returns to your wallet automatically; otherwise the request is reviewed by our team. Failed orders are refunded to the wallet in full. Refunds always return to the wallet, not to an external payment method.
6. Fair use
We may suspend accounts that abuse coupons, dispute confirmed wallet top-ups, submit fraudulent payment references, or attack the service. Remaining wallet balance on suspended accounts is handled case by case.
7. No affiliation
Dark Side Social is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch or any other platform named in the catalogue. All trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Material changes take effect when posted.
